WWII Heer Panzer Major Wrap, Cap and Trousers

NEWLY LISTED! One of the most incredible German uniforms we've ever had to offer... This is an original German Army Panzer officer's uniform with the rank of Major. The wrap is an earlier pattern with pink piping around the collar. The Totenkopf skulls have matching pink under the eyes. Beautifully marked with sizing ink stamps on the interior. Larger size, about a 42. All glass buttons are present and not loose. There is buckram under each shoulder inside the liner. The pink piper mayor's shoulder boards are the slip on type. The beautiful breast eagle is Panzer officer's grade flat wire type that is factory applied. It is not sewn through the lining (see pics). There are two sets of original award loops, and all are tight. One set has the original EKI (Iron Cross 1st Class) secured. It is maker marked 20 (see pics). The other loop set was undoubtedly for a Silver Panzer-Abzeichen. The early M40 hat is officer piped and features early Panzer pink soutache. The material of the cap is officer grade black whip cord that shows some snags on the sides due to the wear of headphones...a true campaigner! The flat wire Panzer officer's grade insignia is factory applied. The leather sweat shield is present. The matching Panzer trousers are also a larger size and are also an earlier set with full maker name and markings (see pics). A stellar set that has seen action!
